NEW YORK (January 6, 2009)– Knockout artists “Ruthless” Robbie Lawler (16-5) and Melvin “No Mercy” Manhoef (24-6-1) will square off with each other in a middleweight (185 pounds) contest at the STRIKEFORCE: Miami mixed martial arts (MMA) event at BankAtlantic Center in Sunrise, Florida on Saturday, January 30. Wrestling powerhouses Joe “Diesel” Riggs (32-10) and Jay “The Thoroughbred” Hieron (18-4) will face off at welterweight (170 pounds).
Manhoef, one of STRIKEFORCE’s newest signees who hails from Amsterdam, Netherlands, notched his latest conquest just days ago at the annual New Year’s Eve K-1 “Dynamite!” event in Japan when he scored a first round (1:49) TKO on former top 10 ranked Kazuo Misaki with a barrage of punches.
His arrival in STRIKEFORCE comes after Manhoef reached the semifinal round of the 2008 DREAM Middleweight Grand Prix tournament by scoring first round TKOs on Dae Won Kim and legendary champion Kazushi Sakuraba on May 11, 2008 and June 15, 2008 respectfully.
His well-known battle cry “When I fight, I am willing to die” has translated into Manhoef’s
explosive style of fighting, one that has helped him earn 22 of his 30 career MMA wins and 27 of his 45 career kickboxing victories by way of knockout.
Manhoef’s tenure in K-1, the world’s premiere stand-up fighting league, dates back to February 24, 2002. During his tenure with the Japanese promotion, he has triumphed over the likes of former K-1 tournament champions Stefan Leko and Ruslan Karaev, whom Manhoef crushed with a left hook only 31 seconds into their meeting in Amsterdam on June 23, 2007.

Expiration Dates
We have had a slight misprint on labels here at Humboldt Nutrients. As a result there are a few Myco Madness and Myco Maximum containers out there with expiration date of January 11th, 2010 (1/11/10) .
Let us assure you that this date is in error, and all the mycological powders we have on the market are viable. The shelf life of our current mix is substantially longer than the amount of time we have been bottling the product, here in Eureka, California.

The Oneness Program & pH Range
When oneness is initially added to water it displays a low pH (typically around 4.0 especially if using reverse osmosis).
However, If oneness is left in solution for 24hrs the solution will buffer itself up to a more desirable pH range, between 5.5 and 7.0.
There is no need to add "pH Up" solutions with Oneness. Simply give Oneness anywhere from 12 to 24 hours to buffer the solution into the ideal range.
Then simply sit back and watch your garden grow.
At Humboldt Nutrients we recomend that your store our products at room temperature.
Many Humboldt Nutrient products contain organic compounds which can clump and solidify when exposed to cold temperatures.
Our growth enhancer, Verde 16-1-2, can become thick and hard to pour when exposed to colder temperatures.
However, placing the bottle in warm water followed by a vigorous shake will return Verde to it's ideal consistency.
Heat can be hazardous as well. Our Humboldt Honey ES and Humboldt Honey Hydrocarb products can swell under high heat conditions.
In a perfect world, we all would have temperature controlled storage for all our fertilizers, additives and amendments.
At Humboldt Nutrients we are supportive of all independent spirits and we recognize that storage conditions are not always ideal.
When and if you ever experience freezing, thickening, bloating or swelling with our products contact the store where you purchased the prodcut and they will provide futher details on how to correct or replace the product.

This state-of-the-art wetting agent which uses natural surfactants to help nutrients, pesticides and additives bond to leaves, while ensuring penetration into plant tissue during foliar application.
Humboldt Sticky penetrates directly into leaf stomata's delivering nutrients where they are most effective while equally distributing foliar sprays across the surface of the plant canopy.
Surfactant means: surface-acting-agent. By reducing the surface tension in liquid-to-gas and liquid -to- liquid interactions, surfactants allow foliar sprays to be delivered equally amongst your plants, avoiding wasted fertilizer or burnt leaves. Biologically Active
Nutrients & Fertilizers
Most Humboldt Nutrients products do not contain any synthetic chelates. Our biologically active products are made with naturally derived plant-based amino-acid chelates and concentrated live beneficial micro-organisms.
Naturally healthy root zones are full of beneficial bacteria's and fungi. These organisms pre-digest organic matter for plants, increasing nutrient uptake & plant growth. What sets our nutrients apart from the competition is the live beneficial cultures found in Humboldt Nutrients products.
For Example...
ProZyme is a diverse enzymatic complex which is alive. In order to stabilize this product for maximum shelf life Humboldt Nutrients uses vented caps. As a result when ProZyme is exposed to air, colonies start to propagate sometimes creating dark splotches under the vented cap. None of this growth is ever found in the solution, just on the exposed areas of the bottle (and occasionally on the surface of the liquid).
Likewise Master A&B is a unique and alive formula. This is not the same ol' conventional 2 or 3 part water in a bottle, with a tiny amount of nutrient salts added. Master A&B contains concentrated live beneficial cultures, this is why it outperforms all the competing, clear (and bright pink) nutrient lines.
On occasion our products will develop visual signs of this concentrated microbiology. At times you might see floating cultures or strands of amino-acid chains in our biologically active Humboldt Nutrients products.
This does not mean that anything is wrong with the product. In fact, it is an indication of just how biologically active our products are. You can strain away any floaties if you wish, but bear in mind all you are doing in disposing of useful and prolific beneficial life which helps your garden grow.
The process is similar to that of the popular health drink
Symbiotic relationships between beneficial colonies of microbial life form strands of live colonies in Humboldt Nutrients formulas just as they do in tea.
Humidity, Temperature
& Powders
Myco Maximum & Myco Madness are both extremely fine powders, as a result humidity and temperature can affect both the volume & weight of these products. Keep any powdered fertilizers in a dry, cool place and always shake the container before use, allowing more accurate measurements to be taken.
ATTENTION!! Verde and the
Master A & B Program
It has come to our attention that an early version of our tri-fold, distributed last year, features a feeding schedule which does not agree with all species of plants. During research and develop on Verde, trials were conducted on heavy feeding vegetables. These crops enjoyed their time here on planet Earth
But it came to our attention that one in Five varieties cannot handle the amount of nitrogen present in Verde, when using Verde as a stand alone one part growth formula.
Our newer Master A & B feeding programs include a lower application rate for Verde through the vegetative stage, as well as the addition of Master A&B during veg.
If using a re-circulating system, leave Verde out of your system, and refer to our Feeding Charts page which now features charts for both drain-to-waste, as well as re-circulating systems.
The important thing is this:
We do not recommend using VERDE in a re-circulating system.
If using the Master A&B feeding schedule DO NOT use only Verde in Grow Week 1 thru 4.
We recommend that you use equal parts Master A, Master B, and Verde in Grow Weeks 1-4.
